If you have any questions regarding a job you intend to submit on disk, feel free to call your Account Executive at 1-800-766-3349 to discuss your project and insure your satisfaction on your order! Ads Designed by ETTA Gather all the information you want to include in your ad: text, logos, photos, slides, etc. Avoid sending images from postcards, brochures, magazine articles, or anything which has already been printed. They will appear grainy when we re-scan them to use in your ad. Send all materials so they arrive by the Materials Deadline for the publication in which your ad is scheduled to appear. Remember to give extra time for complicated ads to be designed and go through the proofing process. Send everything needed for the ad in one package if possible – missing materials will delay the design of your ad. Questions?
